On the 24 000 square meters there are 38 conference rooms for 2 - 1 000 participants, a 650 square meter event hall and spacious areas for exhibitions. When you book an event here they assign you a personal co-ordinator to help with everything you need before, during and after the event.

The Restaurant Ovalen serve well-prepared meals from Västerås finest kitchen to both conference guests and inhabitants of Västerås. Buffets, dinners, suppers and simple snacks are all welcome breaks during the meetings.

Västerås concert hall holds a unique location in the middle of the conference facility. This offers the conference or congress guests a unique experience to blend the meetings and the meals with a bit of music.
